* Starting January 22, 2020, construction will begin on the planned Odawara Phase II Construction. Work is scheduled to occur Monday–Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. During construction, some noise disruption is expected. In addition, views from some units may be obstructed. We anticipate completion of the project by December 2021.
